Hi, my name is Ani Rosen and I am currently graduating from UCLA with a major in Dance, a minor in Entrepreneurship, and concentrated studies in Film, Television, and Digital Media. I am also a four year member of the UCLA Dance Team as well as the senior Captain. Though I experience life like any other young adult, my experience with Crohn’s Disease has shaped me into the person I am today. Only diagnosed in 2015, I was suddenly thrown into a world that I did not understand. My life paused and I spent a long 3 months alone in bed, not able to get up or move forward with the things that were most important to me including school, dance and my friends. Thanks to my incredible family, friends, doctors, teachers, and more, I was able to get support and love that lifted me up in this time of need. Through this experience, I realized that having this disease will not stop me from anything I want to pursue in life and should not stop anyone.
If you would like to participate in donating, 100% of all donations will be sent directly to the “Connecting to Cure Crohn’s & Colitis” organization, founded by Stacy Dylan and Dana Zatulove, specifically to raise money for research, advance treatments and hopefully find a cure for this disease. This organization is a 501c3 non profit, and all donations are tax deductible. Because I received support from my community, I really want to give back and help everyone struggling with this disease. Thank you for listening to my story and I truly appreciate any donation to support Crohn's Disease! For more info, visit my website at https://www.livingwithcrohnfidence.com Thanks for your support!
